WE & TEAM Picker 2023.5.2

We and Team Picker offer two tools designed to foster a culture of learning from failure by implementing 8 leadership behaviors (8LBs). The first tool, SAYFR WE, features game sessions that encourage and involve individuals in applying the 8LBs through real-life simulations. The second tool, SAYFR TEAM, is a facilitation tool comprising team sessions dedicated to enhancing capabilities related to the 8LBs. Each team session adheres to a structured process aimed at comprehending a particular behavior and contemplating its significance in practical situations, both internal (explored in SAYFR WE) and external.
